Syntan can be easily and quickly controlled by your keyboard.


Click right mouse over any button - closing (right) parenthese will be inserted.

Click right mouse over button "PROFILE SYMBOL - > EDITOR"  or "PROFILE SOLVED SYMBOL - > EDITOR"  - the text will be INSERTED into the editor (the editor will not be cleared before).

Click right mouse over the symbol list - the selected symbol name will be inserted into the editor.

Press the ESC button of your keyboard while the editor is focused - the editor will be cleared.

Any text after colon is considered a comment.
Example:      sin(pi/4) : this is a variable

Click right mouse over the selected symbol in the instant values window - instant values windows will disappear but the new window with the selected symbol value appears on the surface of the keypad, so Syntan can be snapped down keeping the value visible.  Double click to close this window.
