Select from main menu - help -> tutor. Following window will appear:

 Select the lesson of your interest in the window at right hand side.
 Adjust the speed of explanation by the slider, placed at left bottom corner.
 Press the button OK. The tutor will start to show you the real work with the application.
 After the end of the lesson choose another one or close tutor by pressing the button Cancel.
 The tutor can be aborted anytime during explanation by pressing ESC.
